Twelve15 holds the internationally recognised ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications related to Quality Management and Environmental Management standards.

By conducting a detailed analysis of our operations, we continually assess our performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). We track compliance and evaluate feedback to continually develop and evolve the organisation.

ISO14001 enviroment standard

The ISO14001 environmental standard focuses on the efficient use of resources, energy and reducing waste. It will also aid us with meeting Surrey County Council's Greener Futures agenda.

We will work with our service partners to recycle in line with the arrangements at individual sites. We are committed to sourcing sustainable suppliers and products.

Food standards

Our food safety system has received assurance from Surrey and Buckinghamshire Trading Standards as part of our Primary Authority partnership with them. Woking Borough Council is our lead Environmental Health Department.

The Assured Safe Catering System includes detailed safe systems of work and a comprehensive Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) process to ensure food safety and compliance with all relevant legalisations. We offer a range of medical and ethical diets and have a compliant system to meet Natasha's Law 2021 and The Food Information Regulation 2014 including all subordinate regulations.

Training

Our working practices and training initiatives are fully compliant with current legislation. Providing a healthy and safe environment for all our team members and consumers is of great importance to us.
